on Tuesday, Jan. 7, at 2:30 p.m.regarding a permit revision for temporary road
crossings. To learn more about this revision visit this link:
The public is welcome to

temporary crossings through bodies of water and wetlands.
The public comment period is also open for proposed changes in the regulations regarding surface activities related to oil and gas well permitting. The Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board (TAB) has proposed these changes and sent the proposals to the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) for review. *The Oil and Gas TAB is comprised mainly of industry representatives.
